If the print is not in our inventory, it will usually take 2 - 3 weeks for me to custom print your order. Depending upon where you live, the print will be hand delivered or mailed using either Federal Express, US Postal Service or United Parcel Service depending upon your preference. There will be an extra charge for framed pieces that are mailed to allow use of acrylic instead of glass. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unhappy, we will gladly refund your purchase price in full with the understanding that the returned print is in its original condition.
